Ignacio Garcia Dios

   Biography

Ignacio Santiago García Dios, graduated in Biological Sciences from the University of Alicante and CAP at ICE-Alicante (Spain). Performed at the Universidad Complutense de Madrid Postgraduate courses in Zoology and Anthropology. He is a researcher at the National Museum of Natural Sciences in Madrid, belonging to the CSIC. Expert in Ornithology, performed the field work for the Doctoral Thesis on the Biology and Conservation of the Booted Eagle (Hieraaetus pennatus) in the Tietar Valley (south province Ávila, Spain). Author of several publications in national and international scientific journals as well as Virtual Encyclopedia of Vertebrates of the CISC. Since 2000 he has been working as a teacher in the Joint Program of the Ministry of Economy and Employment of the Government of Castilla y León in Certificates of Professionalism such as Gardening, Restoration of Degraded Areas ... In these training programs he teaches the Formative Module Relative to the Determination of the sanitary state of soils and plants as well as equipment of application of pesticides. He teaches Phytosanitary Products Manipulator training courses Basic and Qualified level for private training companies. Teacher of the Training Plan for the Unemployed (FOD) of the Junta de Castilla y León providing training courses on Pest Control Services (SEAG0110). Author of several manuals for private companies like Manual of T +, CMRs and Gases and Author of books on Pest Control.
