Alberto Martinez-Fernandez


Born in Veracruz, Mexico.I obtained my B.S. in Biology/Terrestrial Ecology in the Universidad Veracruzana (2000).In the 2004 take a course in statistical methods. I'm Pronatura staff Since 2002 and began the observation of the migration in central Veracruz, Monitoring In the Veracruz River of Raptor Project for seven season (Fall and Spring), the world’s biggest raptor migration. In 2006 I worked for Hawkwatch Internationalin the Raptor Migration Program. At the present I'm in the internship at Hawk Mountain Sanctuary studying the raptor migration there,conservation biology, environmental education and counting raptors. My area of investigation includes the ecology of raptors, their behavior, migration, and breeding.
